Care & Hygiene
Every piece is professionally cleaned and arrives in a pristine "like-new" condition.
To protect the archive, please do not wash, dry clean, or make any permanent alterations.
Shipping & Delivery
We do everything possible to deliver one day early or the morning of your rental start date. However, couriers can deliver later in the evening so please select your rental date accordingly. On a tight schedule? Get in touch.
If needed after transit, a light steam will help restore the garment's movement.
We recommend placing your order at least one week before your rental start date to ensure availability and timely delivery.
Order changes or cancellations are possible within a limited time window.
Full refunds are offered if you cancel 7 days before your rental start date (minus a $15 administrative fee)

Returns & Policy
Pack items in their original bags and box. Use the included prepaid label and drop off at the carrier by 3 PM local time on your return date. We highly recommend obtaining a drop-off receipt.
A refundable security deposit is applied to every rental. This is fully released back to you once your order is returned in original condition.
Late Returns: To respect the next reservation, a $20 daily late fee applies to delayed returns. If you need an extension, please reach out at least 24 hours before your rental ends
We do not offer refunds for fit or sizing issues. We provide detailed measurements for every piece to help you choose confidently. If you’re between sizes, please reach out - we’re happy to guide you to ensure the best fit.
Cancellations: Full refunds are granted for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to your booking (minus a $15 administrative fee)
Within the 7-day window, your piece has already been reserved and prepared specifically for you, so we are unable to issue a refund.
Our archive standards are incredibly high, and every piece is thoroughly inspected to ensure it arrives in pristine, "like-new" condition. As these are handcrafted luxury garments within a shared rental archive, minor characteristics such as a stray thread or loose bead are a natural part of a garment’s journey and are not considered defects. We do not issue refunds unless an incorrect item was sent or a major, unwearable discrepancy is present. If you believe there is a significant issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Items must be dropped back at the courier unworn within that 24-hour window for a credit or refund consideration (minus a $40 shipping and administrative fee).
