MADE TO ORDER Each To My Sister design is made to order. Please review the size guide and estimated ship date before purchasing.

  1. FINAL SALE Made-to-order purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund for fit, size preference or change of mind.

  2. ADAPTABLE FIT Many pieces feature adjustable elements including tie-backs, drawstring waists, multiple hook settings and pre-draped sarees. These details are designed to offer greater flexibility across sizing.

  3. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun.

  4. DELIVERY Estimated ship dates are listed on each product page. If an order is unexpectedly delayed, we will contact you with an updated timeline and the options available to you.

  5. ORDER ISSUES If your piece arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs so we can make it right.


RENTAL TERMS · THE ARCHIVE

  1. THE RENTAL Your booking gives you temporary use of a piece from The Archive for your selected rental period. All rental pieces remain the property of To My Sister.

  2. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations made more than 7 calendar days before the rental start date receive a full refund, less a $15 administrative fee. Cancellations within 7 calendar days of the rental start date are non-refundable.

  3. CARE Please do not wash, dry clean, alter or permanently modify rental pieces. Avoid direct perfume application and treat all pieces with care. Normal minor wear is expected.

  4. SECURITY DEPOSIT & DAMAGE A refundable security deposit may be required. Following return and inspection, deposits are released within 72 hours. By completing your booking, you authorize To My Sister to charge for documented damage beyond normal wear, specialized cleaning, loss, theft, non-return or damage beyond repair, up to the retail replacement value of the piece.

  5. RETURNS & LATE FEES Your order must be returned by the deadline provided with your booking. Late returns are subject to a $50 daily late fee. Items not returned within 5 days of the rental end date may be treated as non-returned, with the security deposit forfeited and charges of up to the retail replacement value.
