TERMS & CONDITIONS: THE ARCHIVE POLICY
1. THE RENTAL AGREEMENT
By booking with TO MY SISTER, you are securing a temporary right to wear a piece from our curated archive. You agree that the garment remains the sole property of TO MY SISTER at all times.
2. PRISTINE CONDITION & GARMENT CARE
* Professional Cleaning Only: To protect the integrity of our fabrics, do not attempt to clean or dry clean the garment yourself. * Perfume & Odors: We kindly ask that you avoid heavy perfume usage or direct application of scents to the garment.
* Respect the Archive: We understand that "Life Happens" minor wear is expected. However, we ask that you treat these pieces with the same respect you would give your own.
* No Permanent Alterations: You may not sew, cut, or permanently alter the garment. Safety pins are permitted only if placed carefully.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
* Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 7 calendar days before your rental start date will receive a full refund, minus a $15 administrative fee.
* No Refund (Within 7 Days): Once we are within 7 days of your date, the piece has already been professionally prepared, reserved, and held aside exclusively for you, making it unavailable to others. For this reason, cancellations made within 7 calendar days of your start date are non-refundable.
4. SECURITY DEPOSIT & AUTHORIZATION TO CHARGE
* Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for every rental.
* Refund Timeline: This deposit will be returned within 72 hours of the item being returned and inspected.
* Payment Authorization: By completing your booking, you expressly authorize TO MY SISTER to charge the credit card on file for any documented damages, specialized cleaning beyond standard wear, or the full retail replacement value of the garment if it is not returned, lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair.
5. THE RETURN WINDOW & LATE FEES
* The Deadline: Your rental ends on the final day of your selected window. Please drop your returns by 3PM on your rental end date.
* Late Fee Authorization: If the item is not returned by the deadline, you authorize TO MY SISTER to automatically charge the card on file a daily late fee of $50 until the item is returned.
* Non-Return Threshold: If an item is not returned within 5 days of the rental end date, it is considered a non-return. Your security deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged upto the full retail replacement value of the garment.
6. PERSONAL STYLING
Not sure what to wear? Get in touch for a Sister SOS Styling Session. We provide expert curation for the right silhouette and occasion, but final fit choice remains the responsibility of the client.
