Refund policy

At TO MY SISTER, all items are rented for a limited period and handled with care. Due to the nature of rental garments, our return and refund policy is as follows:

Rental Returns

• All rented items must be returned by the specified return date mentioned in your order.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, free from damage beyond normal wear.

• Late returns may incur additional charges as $50 per day or as outlined in your rental agreement.

Refunds

• We do not offer refunds for cancellations 7 days from your rental start date.

• Refunds or credits may be issued only in the following cases:

  • Item is unwearable due to major damage upon arrival

  • Incorrect item sent

• Any approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damages & Stains

• Minor wear is expected.

• Significant damage, stains, or alterations may result in repair or replacement fees.
